Somebody call 911
So I'm kinda nervous because its my first dualthlon and I've to get top5 at least to get prize money.I've never won any prize money in my entire 17 years of life.Seriously. So its a bit pressure lah,you know lah,have to save money for september mah so if i win then can eat drumstik at school everyday lah if not then eat bread loh.What to do,for the sake of someone mah.Ok,cut the crap.I've to run 6km,cycle 32km and another 5km run. From what I think,it will be ok lah because I thought i was strong enough. My first 6km run was not bad although I was pretty lack behind but I intentionally save some energy for my cycle. I think i did around less than half an hour for my 6km which is not bad for MY standard. And the cycle.It was a total disaster. I wouldn't blame much lah because I also kinda understand them . Well,let me explain a bit about cycling first before I tell you what happened. In cycling,there's something called "drafting" and drafting means you follow or stay behind another cyclist and if the front cyclist is leading,that means there's no cyclist in front of him,then your front cyclist is advantaging you. I cant explain it but let me just tell you. If the leading cyclist compare to you behind him,he spends 8-10% more energy than you,that means you are conserving 8-10% of energy. It might sounds little,but when you are on the bike with 40km/h,you'll be crying your lungs out if you are leading.So here's the story. I was actually a solo rider at first and i passed through around 10 or more people and guess what? I didnt actually look behind because I was not familiar with the road so I was focusing on the road.But when I was climbing up the hill,i heard a lot of sound.Guess what sound? Gasping for air that sound. And I looked behind. Around 7 uncle behind me. And I was like. OMFG. Die loh,I have to lead all the way and my water is running out already. So just like I expected lah,dehydrated on my 5km run. And worst part is that there was no water station. After walking for 2km only got water station,then i took two bottles of water put on my back pocket and slowly walk until a stage I decide to call for an ambulance or taxi to ride me back to the hotel. Guess what? No taxi lah...teruk lah the town i tell you..car also less pass by. So I sat down on the roadside and wait for an ambulance or taxi to pass by.

But there was no taxi or ambulance at all,not even a car. So what to do? Have to slowly walk back loh..And I made it after all. This is the first time I ever sat down on the roadside on a race and having so dehydrated. So so so...Dont know what to say other than tiring on that time.So this is the lesson for those who read this. Train very hard so that when you go for competition you will be satisfied because you have trained hard. *I'm not satisfied*
