Kem Bakat Basikal 09 at Ipoh

Wake up,Breakfast,Train,Lunch,Class,Train,Dinner and Sleep. And there goes my one week holiday . I did the same thing over and over again for 1 week. The rule on this camp is simple . Train Hard,Cycle Fast . This camp is for those "Pelapis-Pelapis Negeri" (State Cyclist). Unfortunately,I'm not . == . Why I'm in this camp? Idk. My coach only told me "Go get experience LAH". And there I go like a dummy . Well,I've nothing much to talk about what I did at the camp except for training and eat only . I can only tell you what I ate,how much I trained and some funny stuffs. Lets start with the so-called "Nutrition" by the Malays at the camp. I attended some of the Nutrition classes where they tell you what to eat and what not to eat . Its pretty simple actually and everyone knows probably. Eat 1 hour before you train,Do not eat spicy,oily food and do not drink milk . I dont know how to explain what are the causes for spicy food but if you think it is good then eat it and try having some hard training and you know what happens . And for oily food , it will slows down your recovery because your body system is busy burning the oil that you ate and with that,you might need to wait for 2-3 days for full recovery instead of 1/2-1 day of full recovery. You get what I mean? And for milk,it takes even longer to burn it because it contains a big amount of saturated fats and it is really bad if you take it before training . Some might say I'm wrong,Yes,Milk contains a lot of proteins,carbohydrates and lots of vitamins . But with the highly-tech nutritious drink nowadays,is there any need for the milk ? Nutritious drink might cost more than your milk but it is better than your fatty milk. I'm not saying you shouldnt drink milk anymore but I'm just telling you whats bad and whats good about it . No offence . And so,now I'll tell you my training programme . For the morning workout is around 4 hours plus i think. The training starts at 8 and ends around 12 something . For the evening,starts at 4 after the classes and end at 7 plus . So its almost around 7 - 8 hours a day of training ,everyday for a week! Its even worst than your Malaysia National Service i think . But the good thing about this camp is,I totally realised something.Something that tells me about my own life and whats life is all about . And few things happened during the camp but i wont tell what it is . I realised I've changed after this camp . I dont know what the hell I had change about myself but I can feel I dont think about others feelings anymore because all of the time I've only been spending time thinking of other peoples feelings and thinking about everything just on other people and for myself,I just dont care . This is not selfishness,this is what life is about . If you cant take care of yourself,dont care about other peoples business . These are some few shots at the camp .
